Biography
Pharmacist-scientist turned belonging researcher and educator, Otito Frances Iwuchukwu, PharmD, PhD, MA, is a tenured Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University and adjunct faculty in the FDU School of Psychology and Counseling, where she teaches Organizational Psychology and Leadership Studies in the I/O Psychology master’s program.
A CPTD and Certified CQ Facilitator, and a national leader across scholarly and professional societies in healthcare and pharmacy education, she has spent two decades translating behavioral science into the rooms where leaders, clinicians, and educators live. Her TEDx talk, “Becoming the Mirrors We All Need,” premiered at TEDx FDU in April 2026.
Before academia, Otito was a Talent and Organization consultant at Accenture in Lagos. She is the author of The Belonging Paradox (thebelongingparadox.com) and the founder of GetFab Editing, a writing studio that helps leaders, students, and authors find the words for their next chapter.
